I rose to leader of the school orchestra not long before I left and went to Christ Church College Canterbury to train to be a teacher. I went there with ALAN HYLAND who is (I’m fairly certain) in the photo above – 6th Form 1964-5 formal back row No 5 next to Terry Glanville. Alan is currently living in North Carolina. We were at the Grammar 1958 to 1965.
