By Peter Krinks

YOUNGSTERS at a, Dover school have been celebrating their achievements at a prizegiving ceremony.

The students, from Dover Grammar School for Boys, were presented with awards for all areas of their work by Stephen Talbot, an old boy of the school, who is the managing director of computer firm Push Technologies.

Guests at the ceremony heard that as a boy Mr Talbot won many prizes for sport at the school and a number of his athletics records remain unbroken.

Headmaster Neil Slater said: "All the prizes and certificates together with this whole event, exist to give recognition to the achievements of the boys. These achievements have been greater than ever in the last year.

"Success is not, of course, restricted to the academic work. For instance the school has enjoyed a rich year in the offerings of the creative artists."
