School looks after its staff

DOVER Boys' Grammar School has achieved Investor in People status for another three years.

The nationally-recognised award was approved after a visit by an IiP assessor.

Head teacher Neil Slater said: "The award means that our practices in areas such as the induction of new staff and development planning satisfy national criteria, according to the judgement of an independent assessor, who interviewed 17 members of staff."
