The audience was treated to a presentation and a blind date show, where contestants were quizzed about their achievements and ambitions.
The team planted flowers in the school grounds and repaired fencing as part of their project work.
During the 12-week course they carried out work experience placements with local employers and a one-week residential course in Colchester.
Each team member had a different reason for completing the course and the team members were presented with certificates marking their achievements.
Jaclyn Ulyatt, 22, said: "I wanted something to challenge me and to improve my skills. "I have got more confidence, motivation and people skills from the course. It has changed the way I think."
Helen Sparkes, delivery partner manager at Southern Water who fund the course, said: "I think the team's determination to succeed does them credit and I wish them every success for their future."
Future Prince's trust courses in Kent will be run by charity, Instant Muscle.
