DESIGN PROJECT A

The school web site design project.

You have all seen the advertising hoardings around the streets in town. They advertise things from Cars to Cigarettes, Tesco’s to Television Programmes.

You have all just been employed by an advertising firm for your design knowledge, there can only be one winner and each of you can only submit one design.

Dover Grammar School for Boys need to advertise its Web Site on these hoardings. The Domain name used is as follows:-

Using A3 paper, you will need a border, your name in the bottom right hand corner and the following design criteria:-

The Domain Name MUST be shown in clear, neat, colourful letters in the middle of the page. You must chose what style/font to use, and you may generate the lettering any way you like. (Perhaps via computer if available and cut and pasted on the A3 sheet of paper). Around the Domain Name you must also include pictures/photographs/drawings etc. that are connected to the school/web/computers etc.

Border 5 marks for design, 5 marks for neatness

Name 5 marks for neatness

Domain Name 20 marks for design, 10 marks for neatness, 10 marks for colour

Design around Domain Name 45 marks.
