DESIGN PROJECT L
One Arm Bandit.
A manufacturing firm have acquired a number of old “Fruit Machines” and have been asked to redesign them to make them look like brand new machines. Without changing the internal mechanisms their idea is to change the fruit designs for a different theme. You have been called in to submit your new designs.
Using A3 paper, you will need a border, your name in the bottom right hand corner and the following design criteria:-
The title of this folio is ONE ARM BANDIT and should be in neat letters of your chosen style/font in the top-middle of the A3 paper.
Taking into consideration that the old symbols used are as follows:-
1. CHERRY
2. LEMON
3. ORANGE
4. MELON
5. GRAPES
6. BAR
7. JACKPOT
8. WILD
You are to chose a new theme other than fruit and redesign the above symbols. Your new designs must also show or indicate what the old designs looked like.

Border 5 marks for design, 5 marks for neatness
Name 5 marks for neatness
Title 5 marks for neatness, colour and design.
10 marks for design, neatness and colour of Cherry alternative.
10 marks for design, neatness and colour of Lemon alternative.
10 marks for design, neatness and colour of Orange alternative.
10 marks for design, neatness and colour of Melon alternative.
